Exacta, Trifecta, Superfecta Wagering

Playing an Exacta is predicting the way the first two (2) horses will finish the race. To win an Exacta wager, you must have the exact order of finish of the 1st and 2nd place horses.

Placing a Trifecta wager means you are predicting the way the first three (3) horses will finish the race. To win your Trifecta wager you must have the horses that finish 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the exact order on your ticket.

Wagering a Superfecta means you are predicting the way the first four (4) horses will finish the race. To win your Superfecta wager, you must have the horses that finish 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th in the exact order on your ticket.

Using a “box” in your wagers means that you are playing all combinations of your selections. For example, wagering a Trifecta Box, means that your horses must come in 1st, 2nd and 3rd , but can finish in any order. The same applies to a Superfecta but applies to positions 1-4.

Pick 3, Pick 4 and Pick 6 Wagering

To win a Pick Three (3), Four (4) or Six (6) you must select the winning horse in each of 3, 4 or 6 races. The ticket must be purchased prior to the running of the 1st leg.
